Got a little work done on the kennel today. Roof is on and secure. Now I just need to brace it a bit to eliminate some wiggle. Next the chain link kennel with go under the cover and I'll build a dog house. Still planning out the dog house part.

Also that gate in the background... it's new because he blasted through the old one. All that mud on it... him checking how strong the new gate is.

Thanks man, I hope so!

I can't stand paying someone to do work that I know I can do myself. But at the same time.. when the projects drag on for months... I'm so burnt out and like :fa: lol

Then when it's all done.. I'm like :fyea:

Also this weekend I took all the old aluminum windows and stripped the aluminum off and separated the glass for recycling. Got it all done and the scrap yard was closed. So I ended up donating all of the metal to a local scrap bin for the high school.

Then I went go recycle the glass at the dump... and they were like.. yeah that's just trash. We don't recycle it...

I'm like: :fuu: :fuu: :fuu:

I just spent 3 hours doing this. Didn't get a dime back for the metal.. and me trying to be a good person and recycling.. failed. I did get to toss these huge panes of glass into a big garbage pit. The sound was soothing.. but I would have rather recycled it.

I have no idea... It wasn't leaking until yesterday. not sure if the warmer weather caused it to expand and start leaking or what.. lame ass shit. Gonna pull the wall open this weekend if I'm able to wait that long.

Sorry to hear it's leaking again, at least it's not 33 degrees out for the high temp this time.

It will be slightly more enjoyable this time around.. lol

If it's just leaking a little bit... I'll work on it Saturday. It's taking out of my dime time though.. :(

Anyway, if all is well it won't flood my living room like last time either.. hah. Fingers crossed on that.

PVC is easy to fix, all your time will be spent getting access to it, and then closing it back up.

Checked it after work and it's leaking a little bit more. No puddles inside or outside yet.. but I can see some drips. Just need to get through tomorrow and the wall will come off once again. Should be an easy but frustrating fix.

Opened the wall up again... found the source of the leak. One of the PCV joints just started leaking.. not sure why now and not immediately after the first fix.. whatever. Tomorrow I get to pull the pipes again and redo it.

The joys of home ownership, PVC is fairly easy to work with though.
To bad you don't have a way of turning that pipe off and blowing the water out for the winter, it's not the best design for cold weather, especially for PVC.
