Yeah, don't let the SUs intimidate you. They're much simpler than any of the Hitachis or even a Weber to rebuild. When I first got my Z it had sat for a while. I went through them and after the initial adjustment only had to adjust them a couple times. And only when I was moving from eastern Washington to the Portland area. The elevation was the biggest factor I think. Once you have SUs set, they're really pretty trouble free.

I would say that used tire place on Mcloughlin (US Tire?) but last time I was out that way I saw that it was something else. Not sure if they moved or just closed.

James said the guy was gonna fix it but never got around to it. No idea on the reason parked...I gotta get parts--I'll do a list next month when I'm done with Wayno and Stubb's interiors......

If you still want a roof rack I have one that may work after being modifies. It's an 810 goon rack

I'm guessing you'd have to shorten it. I don't really know much about racks, not a fan of them myself, but since the 810 was a larger car than the 411, Im assuming it wouldn't be a bolt on fit.

i'm not too far away from you, you're more than welcome to come check it out. I really don't know what the going rate on a rack is, its still in the box, tho the box is opened lol, I don't think its ever been put on anything.
