Changed tranny fluid to some certified Napa gl4. Flushed tranny after running it a bit. Installed longer tranny crossmember bolts.
Ran out of time.. gonna use old tranny crossmember bolts to mount front bumper. Ill see about getting it registered tomorrow.

What I am not sure of is, are you the same person as Jake from Statefarm? Ok you are not the same... Figured that one out.
But more confusion as there are 2 users which have posted from your same IP address... But your email matches one of them, and not the other... wow...

Re: The forgotten Beige 69 510 build - NWD edition
I use that profile as a random one here or there.
It came from the days of " r o y - u r m i s c h e " last year with being dicked with hence the " Damage Control " user title.
I was beyond pissed with that particular individuals lies/complete bullshit at that time , and it gave some good lulz.
Didn't think it was harmful though
Sorry for the clutter Draker.
510 is coming along , and looking good.
Feel free to clean up my last couple comments.
Will happily edit out last few.

I see nothing wrong with positive comments from alter egos / secret identities / split personalities.

I registered it for the lulz. If we were trying to be sneaky we wouldn't have been so obvious.
The the lulz begin.
And by begin I mean continue!

Re: The forgotten Beige 69 510 build - NWD edition
Today I installed the temporary front seats. Installed the front bumper and installed new plates.
Drove down the road a few blocks to get the windshield installed.
After the new windshield was installed it was time for the cars first wash since 1984. I was going to make it a good one.
I washed it then did a 5 step detail to make it shine. Only a datsun owner would detail a rusty car... lol
1. Washed
2. Clay bar
3. Cleaner
4. Polish
5. Wax
That certainly is a lot of buffing..

Today there was an annual car show called Function 4 Junction... something like that. Anyway, it's basically all domestic muscle cars.. I walked around while the window was getting put in. Tons of high dollar builds but these were the two that stood out to me.

Do they still do the open cruise through town? I did that about 10 years ago in my '36 Chevy. Pretty fun event.
Any other pics of the orange '35 behind the woody?
