Alright folks. Tired of trying to maintain and have room for 2 cars, gotta get rid of the non-runner.
Here we have a 1982 210 wagon. Arkansas title, in my dads name, but signed over to me and never registered in my name.
Has an engine that I haven't gotten around to get running yet, and I'm not sure if it's even a good engine... Needs rear brake hardware. Was at one time crunched in the front, but since has had new sheet metal put on to cover up the wrinkly core support. Other than hat it's a well traveled wagon that has taken me all over the country. I've lived out of it, driven it, rebuilt it, live in it more and roadside-maintained it for years up until a few months back when I got tired of looking at it. Now I really need it gone in the next few days, so I'll pretty much consider any offer you throw at me.
The car's too valuable to me to put a price on, so that's up to the buyer.
Need this gone ASAP, before I fix it and drive it into the ground again and repeat the cycle.

Meh. Decided that if anyone was to end this car it should be me. I got a great 4 years of traveling out of it. Parting it out. Chopping up and scrapping whats left.
I'll post up a parts thread later.

your going to kill the wagon cause you don't have room for it ???????
Here's a thought. Get it running if it won't take much. You then can donate the car to a person (with children) that doesn't have much cash or if any and write it off on your taxes.
it's a win win win situation.

Welll... I would have been executed if I let children ride in that car. That's another reason why I decided not to sell it. It was totaled beyond actual repair when I got it. I just covered it up well. It was a 4 wheeled pretzel, held together by zipties and electrical tape.Ni10 wrote:your going to kill the wagon cause you don't have room for it ???????

awe. so you actually saved some ones life/s. Very well done.
so just curious, what type of 5 speed you got, is it a 60a or a 63a.
and just like you said, the parts saved will help other Datsun live a more longer life.
