Re: Jayden's blue baby
I had a set of those. They looked awesome on my 720. The 620 i put them on... they looked really good on there too.
They look good on yours, as well. Seems like they are kind of a good look on all the trucks. IDk how well they would be on antyhing older tho.

Re: Jayden's blue baby
Well crap, my gear reduction starter decided to reduce its output to click, click, click.
Guess I'll get out there today before the garage heats up too much and see whats going on. I have a spare stock starter that works great but its not as cool.
I'm thinking i'm gong to sideline her for a little while. Nothing major. Just want to finally replace brake master and front wheel cylinders and new shoes as well.
Need to take front bumper off and put the over ride bar on new bumper and install.
Also, Lou is sending me some roof rack mounts!! Gotta fab up a nice little roof basket.
I hate not being able to drive my truck but she needs a little TLC.

Re: Jayden's blue baby
Ok so I replaced brake master and wow!! What a difference! Brakes on first pump, not 2 not 3 not 4 pumps but 1!!
Got everything put back together and bled and took for test drive in traffic.
Stopped to get gas and saw that my brake lights are still on....wtf? I didnt mess with the switch and the pedal is coming up and hitting the switch like normal. Upon further investigation when i got home, the brake light switch hits a little rubber grommet that sits inside a hole in the brake pedal arm. That grommet disintegrated when i took everything apart so now the switch has nothing to hit and therefore cannot turn out brake lights.
I highly doubt I will find one of these little grommets intact but hey, ya never know right?
So I gotta come up with something in order for brake lights to work properly.
Untill i figure that out the battery cable is disconnect.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Re: Jayden's blue baby
I want to help too!
When we get Nissans in the shop with this problem (yes, they still use that little rubber bumper), we use those barbed plastic clips that hold splash shields to inner fenders, etc. Nissan probably has the right bumpers on the shelf but we stock a selection of the plastic clips so it's just easier.
Glad to hear the brakes are all better.
