1970 521 L1600 4 speed

Purchased this 521 2.6 months ago cause I was thinking someone might buy it for a demo derby vehicle or it gets scrapped so i saved it from that happening in case. Don't know much about the 521 so I'll be adding info in my spare time. LOL Just received the title yesterday so another Datsun 521 is up for sale. It's a 1970 521, L1600, 4 speed. The floors and rockers are solid, front windshield is in good condition, has rear window slider, has some front end body damage but it didn't damage the radiator support. Battery NOT included. I drove it home but the front end needs some help cause the front tires are worn down on one side of the tires. Going to look into why they are. Hoping all it will need is new upper bushings, fingers crossed. Also noticed when bring it home that I had to mess with the gas pedal to keep it running, prob just needs adjusted or a rebuilt carb. Anyways, like I wrote, don't know much about the 521, updates are a coming.

opps, did find rusted area in the drivers rocker.

I'm to believe the mileage is correct cause the brake and clutch pads are in very good condition. ???

the fenders I think can be repaired with a little patience, time and a BIG hammer, body tools, few beers and friends willing to help. A person can get the 521 looking good again. Yep, 3-521's and 1 in the back yard, being used as a parts truck cause of a title problem.

the count is up around 13 or 14 but theirs plans to down size by next summer. I've been wanting my drive way back for 4 years know. Trying to curb my OCD and think this 70 521 will be my last one for a while.

when I say down sizing. The plan is keeping 6 Datsun's. 2- 78/79 KC, 1- 521, 3-510's ( 2- 4 drs & 1 68 wagon). That should keep me busy for a while, and broke. lolz

I forsure want another datsun. Not sure on when I'll be getting another but know I will. Hell it could be in two months for all I know

YES, i do have the Napz 5 speed, comes with flywheel, drive shaft, trans mount bracket and of course the shifter.
