Is there an option to number posts in a thread?
For instance, if someone asks, "How do I flip a crossmember for my engine swap?" I could say, "There are some good pics in XXXX's thread starting with post 41."
More accurate than' "Check XXXX's thread. Part way down 3rd page."

When the only tool you have is a hammer every problem starts to look like a hippy.

Re: Suggestion Box
Ill look into that.
Each post does have its own "link". you can copy the link location of the posts title and share that... Similar but different.

Oi. Our forum uses PHPBB. Its fine. Its quite open and flexible, and is easily modded to do new things.
That said, sometimes there are features people want, and when you explain said feature to people who make the code they just scratch their heads and ask why.
This is one of those things. Everyone seems to be like, well its already linked, and well its not super useful, and well...
Although I do agree that since their is a link its not entirely needed, but that is no fun... But thus far preliminary searches have come up null...
