lol listed as a 69 when it is a 66 520. I'd want the entire front sheet metal if it wasn't so far away

Re: CL ads
It is clean.
So let me get this straight. Their body guy said it's too nice to molest but they paid $6k for a paint job anyway?
1 bid at $8800 -- Seems legit.

Re: CL ads
Yeah seems legit.
doesn't look like the jams match the paint job exactly. Also, why spray bomb the under of it like that? I understand painting it. But they even painted the wires You can see the wires and connector for the brake painted, I hate that. Also, looks like some rust bubbles driver side tail light bucket. Also, looks like they got some paint and primer on the lenses.

Yeah seems a bit high (perhaps it's legit) and still hasn't met the reserve.
It caught my eye, and will be interesting to watch.
It's not my cup of tea, I like the look of my 620 much better!

I hear ya ... but I've also bought cars done like that. It doesn't take much more than a rag and some spirits to clean that stuff up. It's nice when painters mask better, or take stuff off ... but cleaning up any over spray afterwards makes for a nicer finish.izzo wrote:Also, why spray bomb the under of it like that?
