They sure do look heavy duty.

I need a big shop, but it's just a dream. :(

If this is worth $60,000 because there is only one of these for every million cars in the US, well then since mine is the only one out of ALL the cars in the US, maybe I could add another zero, what you all think?

For 60k you could fly around the world a few times, have a vacation, then go to south america and by 10 of these and have them shipped to the US.

1966 datsun 520 pickup - $500 (971 Nyssa St. Junction City, OR)

1966 datsun 520 pickup
starts and runs but not a driver. brakes and clutch need a master cylinder. fuse box has been bypassed with links. have manual, grill and split rear bumper. glass is good, windows go up and down. doors open and shut and style lines look ok all around. not much body damage per se but this will take lots of time to make it sweet like it should be. not many '60's datsuns around anymore!
$500 and you haul it away

Image

Bumpers, dash, windshield worth asking price. I could walk to this truck... it's just down the street. If anyone is interested, let me know. I could probably go look. Negotiate with the seller of course...

Ah well. I've lost the datsun bug lately it seems. Haven't been on much lately.

J-motors aren't so bad if you can overlook the lack of power and parts availability.

I was looking at it earlier. A battery and probably a head gasket or gasket would do the trick. Hopefully he hasn't over heated it much. I'd love a 2wd for a daily.

1971 Cony by Nissan / Datsun

Image

Image
Cony rare micro truck made by Datsun, like Subaru 360, Japan made with quality.
2cyl eng, runs clean, 4spd manual, drop down gates,
mid engine, tiny and cute, gets super attention
16,000 original Miles.
I bought this little truck bcs it is so cool and wanted a micro car, Prior owner had it in Storage for 20+- years and that saved the little truck, he was going to restore it,
It runs clean and does not need smog, 4spd trans is good but it does need tlc and needs brakes to be redone. Bcs of its simplicity it can be restored easily or just fix it as u go,
2400 obo Please feel free to ask any questions.. u can also google Cony truck and Subaru 360 and get lots info.. You will not find any thing this rare for sale often, Euro micro cars sell for 20k-100k so the has lot of potential,

Now that's just cool. Even though $2400 seems reasonable, I'd have a hard time paying that just because the seller sounds like an idiot. On the other hand, I'd really like to save it from him. So torn...

What?
In?
The?
Fuck?
is up with the prices on wagons lately? I'm honestly considering cleaning mine up and selling out.
$11000 http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/4859517854.html Pretty nice. A good detailing and a carpet kit better than mine.
$3600 http://goldcountry.craigslist.org/cto/4798356803.html Roached out shell.
$6000 http://slo.craigslist.org/cto/4837428026.html Stocker on Z wheels.
$2000/$4500 http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/cto/4827708001.html POS shell/POS runner.
$5000 http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/cto/4799819785.html Certainly nothing special.

And that's just wagons -- Not even the multiple 2/4drs in the $10-20K range. Complete insanity!
