Same as the others...
Lower rad to inlet on passenger side. Inlet to passenger heater. Sometimes inlet to thermostat as well as intake manifold. Driver side heater core to rear of head passenger rear. Thermostat upper housing to upper radiator.
I have never had the intake nor thermostat to inlet on my motor, but your mileage may vary.
