if I didn't have so many vehicles ( no space), I'd add this to my vehicle rust collection.

1981 Datsun 210 convertible

Image

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/cto/4879268194.html
The story with this car is that Hertz rent-a-car in Hawaii ordered 500 210's from a Datsun dealer in the south bay to be made into convertibles by the dealership. 498 were paid for and sent to Hawaii. 2 remained here. The dealer sold one and kept 1. This is the one he kept.
Not my cup of tea, and priced too high ... just look at those blind-spots ... but it's kind of an interesting story.

I'd be surprised if the story is true.

Yea, I seen it, the guy wants a lot for his parts, I was considering waiting for a week or so, then making an offer, but I don't want to drive all the way down there just to find out that he changed his mind about the offer, you see that jerk has done that to someone else before, he has that rolled NL320 down there that these parts were purchased for I believe, he wants way to much for that also, and it doesn't even have the taillights or hubcaps anymore, but they used to be there because there were photos of them on the truck.
This guy keeps screwing around with people, I am not sure if anyone else will even contact him anymore.
I thought that maybe I would ask Tim to go over there with cash and say here is X amount, do you want to sell these parts, then after that guy was out of the picture(lol), I would come down and pick up the parts and pay Tim.
The tailgate might be worth that to someone that doesn't have one, but the side panel is not worth that kind of money.

The bed on this truck is not from a 1966, at least the fender wells don't look 66 to me.

1982 Datsun Maxima 910 wagon RB25DET NEO R34

First Generation Datsun Maxima.
This car holds a diesel title in Ca with current registration. It does not require a smog with a diesel title. The engine is a 2001 Nissan RB25DET NEO from an R34 Skyline.

There are a pair of early wagons for sale:

1965 datsun 410 wagon - $6500 (Phoenix)

Image
http://sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/cto/4914745183.html

Datsun 1967 RL411SSS Wagon - $4900 (Chula Vista)
Image
http://sandiego.craigslist.org/ssd/cto/4916143305.html

The first one has a grill from a RL411, but I don't think it has the R16 motor or disc brakes.
The second one is a real RL411, with the better motor and disc brakes - a better price too!

I've been eyeing this one hard I don't know why but I would totally trade my 84 maxima for it too bad it isn't a runner.

http://portland.craigslist.org/wsc/pts/4916053353.html if anyone can get ahold of kipp, or if you see this kipp, this may hold any and everything you need to get your little ladys goon going and then some. may even be able to make some of your money back off me in the near future, I see things on it I want, but the way things are right now I cant pull off getting the entire car. might also be good for eagle adam, though I think his ladys 710 already has everything it needs lol
