This company makes fiberglass Datsun 521 hoods to this day, I just called them to confirm that they are still available and they are.

You have to scroll down to the Datsun section as they make parts for a lot of vehicles, they also make 521 hoods with scoops, fenders, and the lower front valance.
The description designates the parts for a 520, but the years are are correct for the 521, I actually mentioned this mistake to the guy when I called.
They also make hoods for the 620, stock and with scoop.
