BTW, I sent Brian (808DA6) a PM just to let him know his old car was still on the road and in good hands. He's full of Hawaiian smiles.

So I remembered a great deal about heads, more than I thought I would for a series.
Kinda mapped out how I will port it. Ive got 5mm at any given spot I can go. There are realy 3 concerns, an oil passage 14mm away, a water passege 10-15 mm, and about 12mm to the rocker cover...
So... I might screw the first one up... might screw a bunch of em up. .. but im going to port the shit out of it.

Hard to draw on my phone. But kinda made... a map.. kinda... shut up lol

I was considering a build thread on Twisted, perhaps this is the place. Being Dyslexic it takes me a long time to get the text right and in other forums spelling is critical, as misspelling is a verbal hanging offense!
I will talk to Dave about photo tour of the Datsun Garage, it's more of a hobby garage, OK a chicken coup!

Yes I removed the whole distributor. One bolt and 2 wires , instead of the rotor.

Made it from battle ground to swan island, and then up 84 to the dalles on 3 gallons, with the windows rolled up.
After the dalles it heated up quick, I love the wing windows but I think I lose 5 mpg with them open lolololol
