V8 turbo car, almost ready for reassembly...
Dave's sedan, Gecko.
My 72 coupe, was a drag car, they ran 12a turbo rotary, gen II trans and a Ford lsd 7.5 rear end. I would like to make this a rotary car again, as I have collected most of the drive train parts needed.
Dave's #24 car.
Dave's Datsun 1000, rumor is there is another one of these in the Vancouver, WA area??
My 72 coupe, someone took a torch to the firewall and floor, have parts to replace both. This car hung from the ceiling of a garage in SE Portland for many years.
My 1959 Morris Minor Panel, 510 wagon rear end, missing motor and trans. AND NO I don't own a Morris Minor!
These Harbor Freight 1000bls. furniture dolly's work fairly well on the little cars for moving around the shop.
THE LOFT
Sheet metal Parts from Driven's coupe.
And this car an example of why we have collected the parts, to be able to put them back together again.
I will start a build thread on Twisted..but it maybe a while as I keep finding more sheet metal the needs replaced.
Rear of right side rocker panel-why all the rust?
Noticed small amount of rust under right side of molding.
After removing the molding and window rubber seal- you could almost throw a cat through the hole!
So even if your quarter panel window seals look to be in OK shape...
Hope you enjoyed the tour of the Dave and Doug Datsun Garage!
