few updates.

got the matchbox installed and working well. i also got a timing light on it.

dont know if EI helped :fry: or if setting the timing correct was the best thing ive done for it.. lol

Image

anyways, its full time daily for it.. geting high 20s low 30s for mileage now. im diggin it.. more power, and better fuel economy! cake in mouth...

heres a video...

just waiting for the next pay period to get the timing kit and oil pump..

its time to get better brakes on this fucker here next. along with that comes a balljoint swap.

im gonna go with 83 and later 720 LCAs, spindles, brakes and prolly get a set of beebani arms..

already too much money wrapped up in those last two sentences..

more to come...

I only heard it scrapeing in and out of the drive way. Wich leads me to believe it could go lower.

i guess i could, but i only have 2 in to the ground from the engine crossmember..

where the frame swoops down in the front under the cab, ive got 2.5-2.7in to the ground.. thats just the frame rail.. the torsion bar crossmember hangs at about 2.2in from the ground..

i should get a picture of the speed bump at work. it has all the paint missing in the middle where it has a gap. i straddle the gap with the oil pan, and the rest of the undergarments drag.. lol

anyways, the next thing is the back leaf spring mounts. theyre only 2 in off the ground.. when i 3 link it, moar lowness will happen. ill prolly go down a touch more when i get the front suspension swap done..

i could just put a set of shorter tires on it.. like some 185 70s on my 14s would have this on its belly... id honestly like to have it on a set of 15x10s and some 215 55s on it..i wanna cut the fenders and put the flares on too..
