Skeleton Bones \\ 69 4 Door

I guess I'll post this up, even though I'm not the main contributor at the moment.

My brother and I picked this up basically for free last August, I think it was. Came with suspension and a back window. Photos in chronological order...

we got some correct 69 fenders, a hood, and a bunch of other smaller parts (including some 69 hatch vents for the goon ) and started stripping it down last night.

The stenciled fender? Those actually came from Draker, who got the fenders with Kami's goon. We shipped those fenders off to oklahoma last week. We got some proper 69 fenders now.

Thanks Adam. I would mention more of what we recently got our hands on, but Zach told me to keep it quiet for now. lololol

I think you may have already saw them anyways.

Yeah, we were in a hurry at first, but we've decided to take our time now.

The dash was cleaned with a special formuler. :troll:

Back to this build :D :fyea:

Picked up some rust prevention stuff called Zero Rust. so today I spent some time sanding the remaining parts of the body to metal and coating it with this.
I should mention, I ended up buying 2 69 dashes around the time of getting my wagon. So between the two I was able to make one decent dash. Even has a clock. So now on to finishing sealing then on to suspension. I have a l20 that needs rebuilding, so hopefully this all can get moving a little faster now! Image

The fact this car is being built at all it amazing.
The story behind the shell, and then gathering each and every peice.
Truly BUILDING a datsun. In a verry johny cash sort of way.

I just have to finish what I started! haha

So both rear fenders have damage/dents/warped. trying to consider my options here. Flares if they are cheaper than repairing the dents?

Use my dent puller. Just buy the studs and you'll have it fixed for like $10.
