wtb......non matchbox electronic L series dizzy
Like the title says.....willing to pay up to $75 for a decent one...or trade Ka24e parts....

California L20Bs had them from '76? on and all '78 L20Bs. '79 saw all chage to the matchbox style.
Joey you can still use a matchbox style with a GM HEI unit by removing the matchbox.

i have a GM HEI module unit running in the goon, if you want it i could swap in my spare matchbox and sell you the HEI unit

Never heard of that. I looked up the exploded detail and none of the dizzys have bearings, as such, but they appear to use the dizzy case or housing as a bushing. The shaft just rides inside the case. Once worn there's little you can do. It's oiled from what ever migrates up the spindle and only spins at half the engine RPMs with little to no load on it.Laecaon wrote:But doesn't the remote igniter one have better bearings?
