There was a pretty nice black set not too long ago but I didn't have time to get them that day and they were gone the next day. This car just dropped today, so it didn't even show up in inventory yet. I was the lucky guy this time.

After some cutting, grinding, cleaning and painting I'm a little closer to being ready for the swap. Now I just need my split collar clamps and RCAs to arrive.

The FedEx driver brought me some goodies today. Now I just need my seals and to swap perches and I'll be set.

I'm not sure about the earlier Roadsters, but '66 and up had 14" rims, super wide too at 4" for '67 and earlier and 4.5" for the later years. Mine are 14x4.5.

I've heard of issues with 13" wheels but not 14" though I could be wrong. I figure at worst I might need to get spacers but I'll be able to mock everything up ahead of time. Either way I'm in too deep to go back on the ZX struts and I really want the better brakes they'll give me.

Are those roadster wheels? Roadster wheels with 620 caps. They fit really well but with the ZX struts I'm thinking I might end up wanting to use spacers to push the front back out some since they'll move in about 3/4" (or so I've heard).
