Well the rebuild slowed to a near halt as two thing have occurred 1) I have discovered late in life that I really like renegade auto-crossing (Northwest Autosports Association) and have improved a lot in this passed year- as stated by my mentor, who's been at it for 25 years.
And b) It hasn't rained like anything to talk about in the greater Portland area, in months, as I own a window cleaning company, I admit if I wasn't racing I was cleaning glass. That means I should have a few $$'s to put towards getting what little that's left of the body work done and getting it painted. Thanks to y'all for rattling my chain, it is easy to get distracted as I also want to build 1971 coupe into a street car with an A14, cam, carbs, yes the RX7 rear end that Klotz and I narrowed to go under Smurf.etc. Smurf is finally getting the front end lowered, coil overs, Koni struts, modified adjustable lower control arms, larger radiator, cam and side draft weber. I have gather together all but the struts and camshaft- though I have decided which profile from Delta cams I want them to grind for me. Good thing the weather is changing, after reading this, it's sounds like a full time job!
