Every trailer fender I could find was 14ag steel .... so I had to make my own, out of 20ag, even though I wanted 18ag

I was glad it was 20ag steel, cause it took a lot of weird bends to make it fit ... and I was careful to only do spot welds on the quarter panel (after everything else was welded, to not warp everything)

Sprayed sealer primer, then brushed on zero rust ... and will seam seal all the welds once the zero rust is cured

Put a flange on the muffler .... so I could run the exhaust under the axle:
